shipping & delivery

We hope you love your Bobbie delivery - that's why we've made shipping as easy as possible. All of our shipping is tracked insured and registed - you will receive confirmation of your tracking number once your order has been packed. If you have questions about the shipping, please contact us.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between working hours. This excludes weekend days and holidays.

THE NETHERLANDS

Shipping for letterbox packages is €4,95 (for e.g. luggage tags and padlocks)

Shipping for orders < €50 is €4,95 and fully insured and registered.

Shipping for orders < €750 is €9,95 and fully insured and registered.

Shipping for orders €750 - €2000 is €12,95 and fully insured and registered.

Shipping for orders > €2000 is €14,95 and fully insured and registered.

Import duties, taxes or any other costs associated with importing the purchased item are not our responsibility. These costs are for the customer.

ORDER TRACKING

We track every order. We'll send you the tracking number of your order so that you can watch the moment your Bobbie item is shipped to the moment it's in your hands! 

If you have any issue with your tracking information, email us at support@bobbieluxuryvintage.com and we are more than happy to help you.

HOW WE PROCEED YOUR ORDER

When you make an order on bobbieluxuryvintage.com, we will send you a confirmation email.

We will then process the order within a day or so, we then hand it over to our nominated carriers. You will then receive a tracking number so you can see where your product is at any given time. 

MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS WRONG

If you have made a mistake on your order, you may be able to update your details, provided this has not already been picked and packed. Please email us as soon as possible at support@bobbieluxuryvintage.com and we can change the shipment address for you.

Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for information which has been entered incorrectly at checkout. If you have incorrectly entered your address and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, there will be an additional waiting period.
