With the right care, your item can stay with you forever. However, leather can naturally evolve in color, patina and shape over time. In our commitment to ensuring your ongoing enjoyment of your bag, we offer the following care instructions:

Protect
Safeguard your bag from humidity, oily substances like make-up and sunscreen, (ballpoint) pens, perfume, and other products based on alcohol, as these can harm and damage your item.

Wear
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light, and extended periods of high heat, as they may affect the leather's color and lead to drying. In case your item comes in contact with water, promptly clean it with a soft, absorbent, lint-free cloth. Try not to overburden your bag and give it an occasional rest. You can also use an bag insert to protect the inside of your bag while wearing.

Preserve
Regular care treatments, touch-ups, or even restoration work can help preserve your bag in the best condition. We recommend bag maintenance every 24 months, or more frequently if you use it daily. Please contact us if you would love to know our recommended restorers.

Store
When not in use, store the bag inside its dust bag and box, taking care to gently fill the interior with paper or bubble wrap to maintain its shape. If your bag features a chain strap, ensure it's well-padded inside your bag to prevent any impressions on the exterior leather.
