We will describe the condition of the item and it's 'previous life signs' as complete as possible in our product description. Please note that we are specialized in pre-loved items - which means that the items mostly have some signs of wear or damages. All our items have a different condition grading. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Because we work with pre-loved items, our items might show signs of being loved before. These signs could include small signs of wear, like scratches on the hardware, little stains, or (vintage) dents. An item could also have bigger issues like holes, big scratches, or any noticeable damages. You can check the product description for each item to get a detailed and accurate description of its condition, including images of all signs of wear. Bobbie specializes in pre-loved items which are carefully handpicked and sourced to create the best collection. Because every item has its own characteristics, we have only have one item in stock of every piece. We sometimes do have the same models more in stock - but those will be shown seperately on site.
No, unfortunately we are not able to provide guarantee on our items. If an item has some signs of use or damages, this will always be captured on the photos and/or written in the description - so in this way you know exactly what you buy. Please keep in mind that we are specialized in pre-loved items and therefore the item might have some signs of use. Please keep this in mind before buying a vintage item. Yes. We take individual photos of each item and include them on the product page. This means all pictures belong to that specific individual product. If you need particular photos that are not in the product description, please contact us.

ORDERS & SHIPPING
Yes, you can cancel your order. Please contact us before the item has been shipped to provide unnecessary shipping and return costs.
Our goal is to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving your payment. However, the delivery timeline is determined by our couriers and is not within our control. Following each order, we provide you with a tracking code, which allows you to estimate the expected delivery date and time for your package.

The shipping costs are automatically calculated at the checkout or can be found here. We always ship the items registered and with full insurance.
We are happy to help you save money by combining shipping on multiple items and waiting for one item to ship. Contact us and ask to hold the first order or item for you.
First of all, we are very sorry that this happened. If the shipment is lost by our chosen carrier, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This normally takes up to 10 working days, but in special cases it may take longer. If the carrier confirms that your order has been lost, your order will be canceled and you will receive a full refund. We will only refund after the investigation has been carried out and not before.
For customers buying from a non-EU country, there may be additional charges in the form of import duties or taxes. Please note that these expenses are not incorporated into the item's price or the shipping costs. Typically, import duties or tax charges are either billed by the shipping company or collected when you receive the item at a designated pickup location. We advise you to reach out to your local customs authority to ascertain the final cost, known as the landed cost price, before finalizing your order.

RETURNS & PAYMENTS
Yes, we accept returns. Please read our return policy.
We include a safety label on every bag. It is not removable without scissors. It won't damage the bag anyway and is easy to remove, but it just can't be reattached. If you want to return the bag for any reason, it must always have this label attached. Otherwise we cannot accept your return.
