We at Bobbie do our best to offer the most curated items that will stay with you forever, and therefore we understand as no other that you should be 100% happy with your newest Bobbie item. However, returns have a big impact on our team and on our planet. We would like to ask you to have a close look of all details (product descriptions and images) of the item carefully before purchasing impulsively. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our return policy below:

  • To request a return please e-mail us at return@bobbieluxuryvintage.com. You will need your email and order number to process this request.
  • Please note, that we do not cover the cost of postage to return to us. The costs of the returns (fully insured and registed) are below.
  • Please note we only offer refunds if the items has not been used or damaged, the return tag is still attached on the product and the refund request is made within 14 days of receiving the order. 
  • Items sourced especially for you can not be returned.
  • Personalized items can not be returned.
  • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is received, you will have 14 days to request a return.
  • If you have received a different item from the one you ordered - we're sorry! We will get the right product to you - just email support@bobbieluxuryvintage.com with the order details and we will sort the rest.
  • We check our items carefully before shipping. Is a product different than described or not arrived properly? You must report this to us within 48 hours after delivery. We can no longer process reports that arrive to us later.
  • Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product.
  • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
  • Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.
